Cook Time: 8 Hrs (Low Temp) or 4 ½ Hrs (High Temp)

Ingredients

  • 1 Rack Baby Back Ribs, Membrane Removed
  • Salt and Ground Pepper (To Taste)
  • ½ Onion, Sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Bottle of your Favorite Barefoot Kitchen BBQ Sauce

Cooking Directions

  • Pour ½ Cup Water into Slow Cooker
  • Place Ribs into Slow Cooker and add Salt, Pepper and Garlic
  • Scatter Onions over top of Ribs
  • Cover and Cook on Low for 8 Hrs
  • When Ribs have just about finished, Preheat Oven to 375-degree F
  • Transfer Ribs from Slow Cooker, Discard Onion and Garlic
  • Brush Ribs with your Favorite Barefoot Kitchen BBQ Sauce
  • Bake until Sauce Caramelizes and Sticks to Meat (About 10-15 Mins)
