Barefoot Kitchen Black Pepper Teriyaki No Soy Glaze Chicken & Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (cut in 1” pcs)
  • 1 Bottle Barefoot Kitchen Black Pepper Teriyaki No Soy Glaze 
  • 12 oz Package of Lo-Mein Noodles
  • 4 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbl Ginger – finely diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic – finely diced
  • 1 Head Broccoli florets and stems chopped
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 sliced green or red bell pepper (optional)

Cooking Directions

  • Prepare noodles per packet instructions, drain and rinse with cold water
  • Add 2 Tbl oil in skillet over Med-High heat
  • Add chicken and cook until it starts to brown (internal temp 165 degrees)
  • Add 2 Tbl oil in skillet over Med-High heat, add ginger and garlic, cook 1 Min
  • Add Chopped Broccoli and toss with ginger and garlic
  • Add a few tablespoons of water, cover and steam Broccoli to desired tenderness
  • Turn heat down to medium low and add chicken, noodles and pepper to taste
  • Toss with Barefoot Kitchen Teriyaki No Soy Glaze, heat and serve
