Barefoot kitchen black pepper teriyaki no soy glaze chicken stir fry (skillet)

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breasts (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 Bottle Barefoot Kitchen Black Pepper Teriyaki No Soy Glaze 
  • 4 Tbls olive oil
  • 1 Package Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper - Sliced
  • 1 Onion – Sliced
  • 2 Cups Rice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cashews - Optional

Cooking Directions

  • Season Chicken with salt and pepper to taste
  • In Large skillet heat 2 Tbls of olive oil on Med-High Heat
  • Transfer chicken to skillet and toss until browned – about 4-5 Mins, transfer to plate
  • Add 2 Tbls of Olive oil back to skillet and add Broccoli, Bell Pepper and Onion until crisp-tender
  • Return chicken to veggies in skillet
  • Add Barefoot Kitchen Black Pepper Teriyaki No Soy Glaze to taste and heat until thickened
  • Serve over Rice
