Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 Tbl Butter
  • 1/2-1 Cup milk or half-and-half
  • 2-3 Tbl Barefoot Kitchen Smoky Buffalo Sauce (to taste)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Optional topping: sliced scallions, sliced boiled eggs or blue cheese crumbles

Cooking Directions

  • Boil potatoes in a little salted water 12-15 minutes until fork-tender, drain
  • Mash with butter and enough milk or half-and-half to reach desired texture
  • Season with salt, pepper and fold in Barefoot Kitchen Smoky Buffalo Sauce (start with 2 Tbl and add more to desired heat level)
  • Garnish and Serve
