Ingredients

  • 2-4 Lbs Chicken Wings 
  • 1 Bottle of your Favorite Barefoot Kitchen Wing Sauce
  • All Purpose Seasoning
  • Olive or Avocado Oil
  • Celery, Carrots, Ranch, Blue Cheese (Optional)

Cooking Directions

  • Separate wing sections if desired
  • Season each wing
  • Heat Oil in Fryer to 350-400 degree F
  • Deep Fry wings for 9-12 mins until internal heat reaches 165 degrees
  • Remove and Transfer wings to paper towel to drain
  1. Preheat oven to 425-degree F
  2. In Large Bowl Toss wings in your Favorite Barefoot Kitchen Wing Sauce
  3. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray a slight coating of olive oil
  4. Transfer thoroughly coated chicken wings to sheet pan
  5. Bake 10 mins turning once or desired crispness, remove from oven and serve
