               - Pour oil into Slow Cooker
 - Slightly season Pork Roast with Salt and Pepper and place in Slow Cooker
 - Stir together 1 Cup BBQ Sauce, ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar and ½ Cup Chicken Broth together
 - Pour this mixture over Pork Roast
 - Stir in Honey, Mustard, Chili Powder, Onion, Garlic and Thyme
 
 
       
           
        
      
      
         - Cook on High 5 Hrs (or Low 10-12 Hrs) until pork shreds easily
 - Remove Pork Roast and Shred
 - Serve on Bun adding more BBQ Sauce for Great Flavor
