Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Whisk Barefoot Kitchen Blackened Spiced Cajun Sauce with oil/butter and seasonings; brush over entire chicken (including under the skin where possible)
Bake 55-65 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at the breast and 175 degrees F at the thigh (for crispier skin, place chicken on a rack inside the roasting pan to allow air circulation
Rest 10-15 minutes, then carve and serve with extra Blackened Spiced Cajun sauce on the side
