Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Asian Glaze Meatballs (Skillet / Slow Cooker Method)

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Cooked frozen meatballs thawed, or fresh made
  • 1 Bottle of Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Asian Glaze
  • Unsalted butter or olive oil to coat bottom of skillet

Cooking Directions

  • Heat skittle to low-medium heat
  • Coat bottom of skillet with butter or olive oil 
  • Add meatballs and brown all sides, drain off liquid
  • Add Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Asian Glaze
  • Cook coating meatballs until sauce thickens, approximately 10-15 Mins
  • Transfer meatballs to slow cooker and cook on Low for 2 Hrs
  • Serve with additional glaze to taste
