Ingredients

  • 1 Unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 1/2 Cups pecan halves
  • 3 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 Cup maple sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1/2 Cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup melted butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/3-1/2 Cup Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Sauce (warmed for drizzling)

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, maple syrup, butter, vanilla and salt
  • Stir in pecans and pour into crust
  • Bake 45-55 minutes, until center is set, (tent loosely with foil in the last 10 minutes if crust browns too fast)
  • Add more pecans on top (optional)
  • Cool at least 1 hour
  • Drizzle with warmed Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Glaze and serve
