Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Roasted Carrots (Baked Method)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 2 Tbl olive oil
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Glaze

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F
  • Line pan with foil
  • Toss carrots with oil, salt and pepper
  • Roast carrots 20-25 Minutes
  • Brush with Barefoot Kitchen Pineapple Bourbon Glaze and roast an additional 5-10, until caramelized
  • For extra shine, warm additional glaze and drizzle before serving
