Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 Cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 Cup coconut sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp nutmeg
  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham crust (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 1/3 Cup Barefoot Kitchen Raspberry Jalapeno Glaze

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  • Add eggs, pumpkin, vanilla and spices
  • Pour into crust and bake 45-50 minutes, until edges set and center jiggles slightly
  • Cool completely, then chill 4+ hours
  • Slice and drizzle Barefoot Kitchen Raspberry Jalapeno Glaze before serving
