Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Wash head of cauliflower and remove florets, slice the big ones in half
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper, or you can use aluminum foil with a light coat of olive oil
- Whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Dip cauliflower in batter to ensure well coated
- Bake 20 Minutes
- Mix Barefoot Kitchen sauce with olive oil
- Remove florets from oven and toss florets in it, get your hands in it and get them all nice and gooey
- Return to oven and bake another 5-7 minutes to caramelize edges
- Serve with Barefoot Kitchen Cucumber Wasabi Ranch Dip and celery sticks
