Barefoot Kitchen Smoky Buffalo Cauliflower Bites (Baked)

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (or almond, chickpea or coconut flour)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (just a dash)
  • 1/2 cup Barefoot Kitchen Smoky Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Wash head of cauliflower and remove florets, slice the big ones in half
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper, or you can use aluminum foil with a light coat of olive oil
  • Whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Dip cauliflower in batter to ensure well coated
  • Bake 20 Minutes
  • Mix Barefoot Kitchen sauce with olive oil
  • Remove florets from oven and toss florets in it, get your hands in it and get them all nice and gooey
  • Return to oven and bake another 5-7 minutes to caramelize edges
  • Serve with Barefoot Kitchen Cucumber Wasabi Ranch Dip and celery sticks
