Barefoot Kitchen Smoky Buffalo Deviled Eggs (Stove Top Method)

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 3 Tbl avocado mayo (or clean mayo of choice)
  • 1-2 Tsp Barefoot Kitchen Smoky Buffalo Sauce (to taste, depending on your heat preference)
  • 1 Tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional Toppings: blue cheese crumbles, chives or paprika

Cooking Directions

  • Boil 6 large eggs for 12 Mins
  • After cooled, peel and slice eggs in half
  • Remove yolks to a small bowl
  • Mash yolks with mayo, buffalo sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth
  • Pipe or spoon mixture back into egg whites
  • Garnish with blue cheese, chives, or paprika. Chill until serving.
