Barefoot Kitchen Tequila Lime Fajita & Brisket Marinade Stuffed Bell Peppers (Air Fryer / Skillet Method)

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Barefoot Kitchen Tequila Lime Fajita & Brisket Marinade
  • 4 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Green Onion - chopped
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • ½ Tsp Ground Sage
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Cooking Directions

  • Cook 1 Cup of rice per package instruction
  • Brown beef in skillet, drain on paper towel
  • Return beef to skillet and add green onions, parsley, sage, garlic salt and olive oil, Mix Well
  • Add ¾ Cup Barefoot Kitchen Tequila Lime Fajita & Brisket Marinade and Rice, Mix Well
  • Cut of Tops of Bell Peppers and clean inside including seeds
  • Stuff each Pepper with mixture, leaving just enough space on top for desired amount of cheese
  • Place Stuffed Peppers into Air Fryer on Bake @ 360-degrees
  • Cook 10-12 Mins 
  • Add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to the top of mixture in each Bell Pepper
  • Cook until peppers are soft, cheese is melted and Serve
