Cooking Directions
- In Large zip lock baggie, place steak or chicken strips into Barefoot Kitchen Tequilla Lime Fajita Marinade and refrigerate for 30 Mins to 4 hrs
- Heat 1 Tbl oil in Large skillet over Med-High heat
- Cook Steak (to desired temp) or chicken (Internal temp 165-degrees F)Â
- Remove meat and set aside
- Add remaining oil and onions to skillet and cook over med-low heat until done
- Add bell peppers and meat to skillet
- Squeeze lime juice over ingredients in skillet and stir
- When bell peppers become tender remove from heat
- Warm flour tortillas
- Fill tortilla with meat mixture, salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with your favorite Salsa (sour cream and guacamole)
Note for Steak: Rare 120-degrees F, Med-Rare 130-degrees F, Med 140-degrees F, Med-Well 150-degrees F, Well 160-degrees F
